Pengu designs, builds, hosts and maintains custom, white-labeled project management platforms. Every engagement is defined by an individual proposal or statement of work — scope, build fee, timeline, deliverables and service levels. If anything on this website differs from your signed proposal, the proposal wins.
Engagements have two parts: a one-time build fee, quoted per project, and a monthly care plan covering hosting, support and improvements. Prices shown on the site are current list prices and may change with notice; active subscriptions keep their agreed rate for the agreed term. Promotional pricing applies for the period stated in the promotion. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
Don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at abusive volume, or misrepresent your identity in communications with us.
The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. Statistics and case references describe typical or past engagements and are not a guarantee of your results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pengu disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement with respect to the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pengu is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability connected to a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.
You can end a care plan as set out in your agreement. Before and after termination we'll make your data available for export in standard formats.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pengu is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
